Consignment Standards:
We ask that you please screen your items carefully before bringing them in. A phone call prior to bringing anything in is recommended, especially for bigger items.
Please limit amount to 30 pieces or less/ day.
Clothing: Sizes preemie to 6X & Maternity wear.

ü Must be clean and freshly washed. This is VERY important!
**(Please fasten all snaps and buttons before bringing items in. Pairing outfits together also helps to make a drop off quick and easy)**
ü Gently used items only – articles with stains, rips, tears, worn out knees, pilling, fading, stretching, pet hair, etc. cannot be accepted as the items will not sell.
ü Please bring in fashionable items (less than 4 years old).
ü We mainly accept name brand & designer fashions only, unless clothing is a “basic”.
ü Please ensure the tags do not have personal names written on them.
ü Shoes, boots and slippers must be clean on the inside as well as the soles, with no foul odors. (In sizes newborn - 13)
ü We do NOT accept underwear, cloth diapers, hand knitted sweaters and outfits, previously used bibs and socks.
Toys:
ü Toys must be clean with a new set of batteries if required.
ü All toys and games must be in safe working condition.
ü Please sort toys in strong, clear bags such as a Ziploc.
ü Puzzles and games must be in excellent condition and have all pieces included.
ü Books must be free of tears, marks, scribbles and personal messages.
ü DVD’s must be in working condition throughout the entire movie.
ü We do NOT accept stuffed animals, VHS or fast food type toys.
Baby Equipment:
ü All baby equipment must be clean and gently used. Items must be in safe working condition and include all batteries and pieces. Please try to provide a manual.
ü All equipment must meet Canadian government standards and not be older than 4 years.
ü Car seats must be accident free and have more than 2 years left from the manufacture date. (Car seats must be replaced between 5 – 8 years of manufacture date). Must not be older than 2005.
ü Cribs must be less than 7 years old.
ü We do NOT accept breast pumps, bath tubs, bedding sets, picture frames or keepsakes.
(Please research your product before bringing the item in to see if the item has been recalled.)
Your consignable items will be accepted for a 90 day period. At the end of the 90 days you may choose to pick up what has not been sold or we will donate them to the Children's Aid Society. Occasionally the 90 day term may be extended (movies, books, etc.) or shorten due to space, especially for holiday items. Visit the sub-menu called consignment tips for ideas on how to make your items more appealing to the buyers.
You will receive 40% of the final selling price including sales. If you'd like to use what you have sold as store credit you will receive 50% of the selling price. It is your responsibilty to call about your items and pick-ups, all items not claimed two weeks after the consignment period will be donated the CAS without notice.
